All around Great care and staff are fantastic. Unusual to walk into a facility that looks so clean and has no bad odor. Residents smiling from ear to ear. Very impressed with this facility

At first, she wanted to go home but, while I did the paperwork in the office, the staff had her enjoying tea in the dining room and she was amazingly ready for our goodbyes. She is so happy there and I am so relieved and can’t thank the staff enough. If you feel like you’re alone and overwhelmed with your loved one’s care, check out Twin Cedar. You won’t be disappointed.

I am thankful to all at Twin Cedars. The house (a beautiful ranch style, very large home) is always neat, clean, odor free and comfortable. The food that is served is well balanced and very tasty. There is a nice variety and they are always willing to help and offer choices. The activities and enrichment programs seem endless. You can tell that the people working there are doing with love in their hearts.

I placed my mother here a little more than a year ago and am very happy with my decision. The nurses and care givers are very patient and attentive. It has a “home” environment as opposed to a hospital feel. The food is good and they do their best to make sure the residents have daily activities.

My Dad is here and he loves it. We love it, they get 10’s across the board.

Five Stars For Twin Cedars! Twin Cedars was like a breath of fresh air. From the start, we had nothing but good experiences with the staff (we had an especially nice interaction with Tara) and the administration. We couldn’t believe how attentive and professional the aides were toward the residents, taking the time to know them as people and not just duties. I witnessed one young lady remember an older gentleman’s birthday and it absolutely made his day. Twin Cedars is staffed with people that truly love their jobs and truly care about the people in their care. Its a tough job but they do it with grace and competence. We are extremely grateful for all they do.

The most impressive thing about Twin Cedars, to me, has always been the relaxed atmosphere in which the Seniors go about their day to day. I guess it just feels like a home rather than a “facility”. The residents seem genuinely content and the staff have a great rapport with the seniors. Happy and well cared for best describes the residents at Twin Cedars.

The staff here are very good at getting their residents active. We were lucky enough to visit during a birthday party and we were delighted to see so many residents having fun. We take her grandmother’s health and happiness very seriously and we have never felt as secure in that as we do now. I cannot thank the staff at Twin Cedars enough for their compassion and professionalism.

My mother was a resident of Twin Cedars for 3 years and every time I went to visit her she was content and happy. The place was always clean, food excellent and well balanced. The residents were taken on little outings to site see or maybe go out for lunch and of course The Creamery which is a local ice cream parlor. Every week there were events for them to enjoy and a beauty parlor in house so they could get their hair done right there. I would recommend this facility to anyone and one day maybe I will be there also.
