Our story began in 1990, conceived from the heartfelt vision of Bruce and Linda Harding. They dreamt of a loving homely setting where individuals could receive unparalleled levels of compassionate care. Although the mantle of Twin Cedar changed hands in January 2020, this original vision not only endures but flourishes with renewed vigor.
